1. Fit over your gas cap opening and use the existing mounting points to attach
2. Remove the left tail light lamp to access the back side of the filler neck
3.Use release tabs and put the new cover on by pushing in as it snaps in place
4. Line up the small plastic pin with the hole in the side. No drilling required
5. Install the taillight in the original positions and complete the installation of the fuel tank caps.
